The average entry points of bulls and bears coincide with the arithmetic means of prices at which a certain currency instrument was bought and sold. The number and volume of all the positions opened at the moment are taken into consideration.
Normally, values of the average entry points of bulls are above the present currency pair rate on the market, whereas the average entry points of bears, on the contrary, are below the current market price of a certain currency pair on Forex.
If the current market price of a given currency pair happens to be below the bears` average entry point, the currency rate is on decrease.
In case the current market price of a given currency pair appears to be above the bulls` average entry point, a rally can observed on the market.
